Account responsibility
An adult must create and manage the account, provide accurate information and keep login details secure. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
School pilot accounts
Approved schools must limit access to authorised staff, use school-approved pseudonymous pupil identifiers and distribute login cards securely. Approved pilot use includes classroom practice and printing for participating pupils. Expiry stops access. School pupil accounts and linked learning records become eligible for deletion after a 90-day recovery window. See school data and privacy. School data-processing terms must be agreed before onboarding.
Practice service
ElevenSprint provides original, independent practice in a GL-style 11+ format. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by GL Assessment, a school, local authority or another exam provider. Practice content, scores and estimated performance are learning aids, not predictions or guarantees of an examination or admission result.
Acceptable use
You may use the service and printable papers for personal family learning. Do not resell content, share account access outside your household, interfere with the service, automate bulk extraction or present ElevenSprint content as official examination material.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but temporary interruption or an occasional content defect may occur. We may correct content, improve features or change availability where reasonably necessary. Report a questionable item through Support so it can be reviewed.
Free parent trial
New parent accounts receive Achieve access for 30 days from registration, with the usual Achieve usage limits. No payment card is required and the trial does not convert automatically to a paid subscription. We send service reminders seven days and one day before expiry. Unless you subscribe, access returns to free Aspire when the trial ends. Existing learner records and results are preserved, subject to Aspire’s access limits. Choosing a paid plan during the trial starts billing immediately and replaces trial access. Existing accounts and school accounts are not included.
Plans and payments
Features and usage limits depend on the selected plan and are shown before purchase. Strive costs £7.99 per month and Achieve costs £11.99 per month. Paid memberships renew automatically each month using the payment method provided through Stripe until cancelled. The price and renewal frequency are shown again before secure checkout.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel through the subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals and paid features normally remain available until the end of the current billing period. During the first 14 days after the initial purchase, you can cancel and request a full refund from the cancellation notice. Choosing a refund ends paid features immediately and moves the account to Aspire. After 14 days, payments are not normally refundable unless required by law. Refunds can take several working days to appear. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access where these terms are materially breached, the service is misused or security requires it. Account and learner-data requests can be sent to Support.
